FHIR · TEFCA · USCDI integration
A production FHIR R4 platform: 42 resource types across US Core 6.1.0, CARIN BB v1.2, PlanNet, Argonaut, and five Da Vinci IGs (PAS, CRD, DTR, CDex, Rules). SMART on FHIR v2.1 OAuth2 with PKCE and asymmetric client credentials, TEFCA QHIN handshake against Epic Nexus, CommonWell, and eHealth Exchange, Bulk Data $export and $import, FHIR Subscriptions backport, and a tamper-evident audit chain that scopes every read and write to the consent that authorized it.
HEDIS measurement pipeline
Many Windows background services managing the document and claim flow that produces HEDIS measurements. Fax gateway intake, insurance portal sync, document classification and routing, normalization, retry queues, stuck-order diagnostics, and a monitoring dashboard with Slack-native incident routing. Long-running, audit-grade, sits at the core of the operator data pipeline.
Clinical document watcher
File-system monitoring agents at provider endpoints across many sites, sister system to the document pipeline above. Picks up signed documents, classifies, OCRs, pushes to a central store with chain-of-custody logging. Runs unattended, self-heals, ships its own diagnostics.
Tool-use agent · production
Production LLM agent with prompt caching, tool routing, structured output, per-tenant billing meters, and a reviewer loop that catches bad calls before they ship. Vendor-agnostic abstraction over multiple model providers.
Image classify and OCR pipeline
