Social media production for brands

Production pipeline for content brands. Automated cross-posting, brand-safe templates, AI-assisted reformatting, engagement tracking. Built so one creator can run many channels without copy-paste fatigue.

Looking for a social media production developer, an automated content publishing developer, or an AI-assisted social media tools developer? Social media work for serious brands is a production problem more than a creative one. We build the production stack: a single source of truth for posts, automated cross-platform publishing, scheduling, engagement instrumentation across Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the dashboards that let a creator see what is working.

The pipeline pattern: writer or editor drafts in one tool, an automated layer reformats to platform-specific shapes (square video for Instagram, vertical for TikTok and Reels, link card for X, longer carousel for LinkedIn), a brand-safety check passes or rejects, the post is scheduled via Buffer API or platform SDKs, engagement comes back into the dashboard. We have shipped variations of this pipeline for healthcare brand SMM and personal brands at scale.

The cases below come from healthcare and personal brand work.

Common questions

What does a social media production pipeline include?
A social production pipeline includes a single content source of truth (often a CMS or Notion-style database), per-platform reformatting (aspect ratios, captions, hashtag policy), scheduling across platforms, brand-safety review (automated or human), engagement instrumentation (likes, shares, comments tracked back into the dashboard), and a reporting layer the creator can read without a data analyst. Without these pieces, the creator burns out copy-pasting between tools.
How does AI-assisted captioning work without losing brand voice?
Brand-voice captioning with AI works by giving the model a tight system prompt with the brand voice rules (tone, banned phrases, allowed slang), a few examples of approved posts, and the source content to caption. The model drafts a candidate; a human reviews; the result is logged so the next prompt can use it as an example. The model never ships unreviewed copy. The creator gains a 5x throughput, not a generic AI sound.
How do you track engagement across multiple platforms?
We pull metrics from each platform API (Meta Graph, X v2, TikTok, LinkedIn), normalize them to a shared schema (impressions, reach, engagements, saves, click-through, follower delta), store them in a time-series database, and surface them in dashboards keyed by post and by campaign. The hard part is reconciling platform-specific definitions (what one calls a view, another calls an impression). We pick canonical definitions per metric and document them.
Is healthcare social different from other verticals?
Yes. Healthcare social has tighter constraints: no patient-identifying data even in stock photos, no implied endorsement of a specific therapy, advertising compliance for medical claims, and platform-specific rules for healthcare advertisers. The pipeline must include a clinical-review gate before publish, a banned-phrase list, and an audit log of who approved what when. We have built this gate for healthcare brands operating across the United States.
