The problem

A dating-agency-led platform needed to introduce women to men through agency curation, with verification, moderated communication, video meetings, and a multilingual interface for international clientele. Generic dating apps treated members as direct peers; the agency model required a workspace for matchmakers to curate profiles and stage introductions, which no off-the-shelf platform supported.

The approach

We built a web platform with two distinct workspaces: agency-side for profile curation, introduction staging, and managed communication; member-side for onboarding with KYC verification, communication under agency moderation, video meet rooms with WebRTC, multilingual interface for non-English-speaking members. Payments and subscriptions handle international clientele across currencies.

Outcome
