Construction company sites, multi-country
Website framework for construction firms operating across several countries. Per-region branding, project portfolios with rich media, services and capabilities pages, quote flows with lead routing to regional offices, localized content and units of measurement. Shared codebase, distinct themes per market.
The problem
A construction company operated across several countries with branding, units, content, and regulatory expectations specific to each market. A single global site failed to localize; per-country bespoke sites duplicated work and drifted out of sync. Lead routing to regional offices was manual, which delayed quotes and lost deals.
The approach
We built a website framework on a headless CMS with per-region branding, project portfolios with rich media, services and capabilities pages, quote flows with lead routing to the regional office tied to the visitor location, localized content and units of measurement (metric vs imperial), regional CDN for performance. One codebase, distinct themes per market, one editorial process across regions.
Stack and engineering choices
- Headless CMS with per-region themes
- Project portfolio rich media
- Localized content + units
- Region-aware lead routing
- Regional CDN delivery
- One editorial process
- Config-driven new markets
Outcome
Editors maintain one content tree; brands appear native in each market; leads route to the right regional office without manual triage. New markets onboard via configuration, not parallel builds, which keeps the framework lean as the company expands.
